By accessing, browsing, or using DaniKConnections ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") in their entirety. If you do not agree to every provision of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service. Your continued use of the Service at any time constitutes your full acceptance of the then-current Terms, including any updates or modifications.

DaniKConnections provides an AI-powered behavioral interview preparation platform based on the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method. Features include written and voice practice sessions, answer scoring, coaching feedback, answer rewrites, and story storage. The Service is intended solely as a self-directed practice tool and is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. DaniKConnections is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account. Notify us immediately at support@danikconnections.com if you suspect any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
• Share your account with others or resell access to the Service
• Submit content that is harmful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. All sales are final and refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching feedback, scores, and answer rewrites. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• All AI-generated content is for practice and informational purposes only
• Nothing on the Service constitutes professional career, legal, employment, or psychological advice
• AI-generated feedback reflects automated analysis only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
• The AI cannot accurately predict how any human interviewer, hiring manager, or employer will evaluate your responses
• You should consult qualified professionals for career guidance and should use this Service as just one of many preparation resources

DaniKConnections is not responsible for any decisions you make, or actions you take, in reliance on AI-generated content.

DANIKCONNECTIONS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND — EXPRESS OR IMPLIED — THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WILL:

• Result in obtaining a job, interview, job offer, promotion, or any other employment outcome
• Improve your performance in any interview, assessment, or hiring process
• Meet the expectations or requirements of any specific employer, recruiter, or hiring platform
• Accurately predict how any interviewer will assess, score, or react to your answers
• Lead to any measurable improvement in your career prospects or earning potential

Job outcomes depend entirely on factors outside DaniKConnections' control — including but not limited to employer requirements, market conditions, hiring manager preferences, economic factors, and individual circumstances. DaniKConnections shall have no liability whatsoever for any employment-related outcome, or lack thereof, arising from your use of the Service.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by DaniKConnections and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant DaniKConnections a limited license to process and display that content solely in order to provide the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF:

• MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT OR FEEDBACK
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
• FREEDOM FROM VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS
• SUITABILITY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT FOR CAREER, EMPLOYMENT, OR ANY OTHER PURPOSE

USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. DANIKCONNECTIONS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT GENERATED BY IT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DANIKCONNECTIONS, ITS PARENT COMPANY, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SUCCESSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages
• Loss of employment, income, wages, benefits, business opportunity, or career advancement
• Loss of data, goodwill, reputation, or profits
• Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated feedback, scores, coaching, or rewrites
• Any outcome of any interview, hiring process, assessment, or employment decision
• Any decision made or action taken based on the Service or its content
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or account
• Any other matter relating to or arising out of your use or inability to use the Service

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED — WHETHER CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE — AND EVEN IF DANIKCONNECTIONS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL DANIKCONNECTIONS' TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO DANIKCONNECTIONS IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50.00).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DaniKConnections and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of or access to the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any content you submit to the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes are posted constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against DaniKConnections.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DaniKConnections with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.
